At Least One Orange Squeezer Problem Found

April 24th, 2006 · No Comments · Orange Squeezer Build

Thankfully, after not being able to find my multi-meter, I found out that Canadian Tire had one on sale for $9.99. I picked it up on my way home and was able to confirm that I had indeed wired the 3PDT switch incorrectly. I also confirmed that I did have some connectivity in a part of the circuit that I was concerned might not have had connectivity.

I just finished clipping off the wire ends. I still have to de-solder the left over bits off of the posts and then will need to re-solder the whole thing all over again. Although I’m not overjoyed at doing all that work over again, I’m quite happy with the fact that I’ve found a problem with my work that I’m capable of fixing. I have no idea if this is the only problem with what I’ve built so far, I guess I’ll find out soon enough :)
