So as time has progressed, many people have been using the “Content is King” theory and have applied it to their websites. But as any website owner knows, generating quality content is a laborious endeavour. In order to minimize the effort required, many webmasters have begun outsourcing their articles. What happens here is that the webmaster will choose a list of topics or titles that they would like articles written on and then hire a writer to write about those topics. Now while that may work well if you’re paying reasonable money and hiring good writers, what I’ve been finding and have been hearing about in the inner circles is the mythical $5 article. Legend has it that there are some excellent writers out on the web willing to write decent articles for as little as $5. In reality what we find are very brief articles that have little insight, opinion and, as a result, little value to readers. I’m sure you’ve come across one or two.
So it’s no surprise to find seo article services starting to pop up. At the end of the day, finding a writer is hard. Once you find one that’s good bang for your buck you never let go, but finding that one can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. A company like INVESP set out to do the hunting for you and provide you with the service you need. This will come at a premium. They have no pricing information on their website but I can assure you that it will cost a reasonable amount. No $5 articles here. In return though, you do get a 100% satisfaction guarantee and you won’t have to worry about finding a new writer if the old one leaves.
So the question becomes, “Does this pollute the web with mindless drivel?” Well my opinion on it all is that it depends on a couple of factors. If their writers are good and take the time to research (which means more costly), then you should be getting genuinely useful articles that people will like. Also, even if the articles are only adequate, you can still use them very effectively by using it as a base and using your own writing to add your own spin in the article’s periphery. As for the quality with INVESP, they do require all of their writers to have a bachelor’s degree which is a good start and you can check out their portfolio for yourself to see if it fits in with what you need.
Like most things, this can either be done well or not. The responsibility ultimately lies with the webmaster.
