Tag clouds are pretty awesome. If you’re using Wordpress, you can use the same strategy for tagging and tag clouds as I did. But if you’re on a service like Blogger it can be a bit more complicated since you don’t have access to your blog installation. Fortunately, I came across these instructions for creating a tag cloud for Blogger. I don’t have a blogger account so I can’t test it, but I’ve been reading on other blogs that it works well. So give it a go.
You can see working examples of tag clouds for Blogger here and here if you want to see it in action.

If you’re willing to wait (or live dangerously), Wordpress is implementing tagging support. It’s already in the SVN version. It will (apparently) be compatible with UltimateTaggingWarrior, or at least, you’ll be able to migrate. Unfortunately I hear it’s been pushed back from the impending 2.2 release to 2.3. They have a 120 day release cycle, that means 4 months of tracking the development version until I finally have a stable one to play with.
Oops.
That’s what I get for “using it on a production site.”
Haha.

Yeah, I’m not quite as daring. The way I see it, I don’t really need the cutting edge features that much so I stick with stable stuff to keep my life easier
Great to hear they’re going to build it in and better yet, make it somehow compatible with UltimateTagWarrior. That’ll help the adoption rate by a bunch.

There is a tag class for php that is available. That can be most customized, you all can take a look at it.
