I’ve finally finished my work tagging all of my posts. It’s been a bit of a chore, but will pay off over time in SEO value. Now that I’m done I’ve added a related posts feature. When you click on a post it will show a list of posts that share similar tags. That’s been my ultimate goal since I started this particular project. It’s not exactly as I would like it, but the rest is just icing on the cake. The core functionality of it all is there.
I was having a problem though. When you click on a tag it generated a 404. This is a bug that’s previously been pointed out at Natural Search Blog. The fixes they mention came to no avail, but going to Options -> Permalinks and then just save your settings. That seems to clear it all up. I will however have to make a mental note of that the next time I upgrade.
