So as I checked my traffic today I realised something very peculiar. My blog is only drawing 54% of its traffic from Google. That’s a little strange for my side project websites. By contrast I’m getting 81% of my About A Webmaster traffic from Google.
There are a lot of reasons for that. About A Webmaster doesn’t have regular updates (actually it hasn’t had one in a while one coming soon though). I’ve also been working hard to generate other leads into Last Blogger. A moderate chunk of my traffic over the last week has also been coming from John Chow’s website.
It’s very interesting to see and it’s once again of interest to me because quite frankly, this whole blogging thing is still an adjustment to me. I’m still adjusting to the differences in traffic patterns.
