I just came accross a nice summary of things you should avoid blogging about. I really like these kinds of articles or posts. I actually like them so much that I wrote my own over at About A Webmaster called Seven Things You Can’t Say On The Web.
I think it’s really handy to have discussion about things to avoid. It’s not so much that you “can’t” say these things, but rather to guide inexperienced writers away from non-productive writing. If you do happen to do anything that the articles advise not to, don’t panic. Both articles are just suggestions based on two people’s experience both as readers and writers.

You can write whatever you want, its just that nobody will read it unless they like it
