I absolutely love a lot of the new cell phones. Particularly, most versions of the Razr phones. Mine’s an old-school Clearnet phone that I got on a pay-and-talk plan. It costs me $10 plus each month if I want to maintain my minutes, but I usually let it run out every few months. So at the end of the year I spend a little less than $100 on my cell phone plan.
I’d really like to get a new phone, but I find that most of the Pre-paid plans don’t include a phone that I like or are expensive. If anyone knows of a cool cell phone that won’t cost me $500, has comparable rates and is available to Halifax residents, leave me a comment. I’d love to hear from you.
It’s not that I desperately need a cell phone, but they do come in extremely handy from time to time. But my Clearnet phone’s just too big and clunky to keep on me all the time. Hence my phone becomes much less handy when I need it and it’s on the dresser in my bedroom and I’m at work. I’m not a power user, just looking for a reliable, light and small cell phone.
